This work, containing two volumes, offers information about over 270 deities of the Germanic peoples and covers the time from the Roman Era – the first centuries CE in which the Roman Empire enfolded large parts of the territories of Europe where Germanic peoples lived – up until the Viking Age. The scientific information is accompanied with many new ‘myths’ and a rich amount of illustrations. All together it presents a much more vivid presentation than solely dry scholarly information could offer.
This volume 2 contains the deity information from J(echa) to the end and a longer informational afterword.

Two remarks before a purchase:
1. The main publisher for GardenStone’s books is situated in Germany. They have printing associates outside Germany. Books ordered in most countries outside Germany are printed by those associate companies. While the German publisher itself prints the books with its included color pictures, the associates print them in b/w (greytones) only. This book is officially published in a color and a B/W edition which are differently priced to let those who order somewhere outside Germany a B/W edition pay that lower price.
At this online shop of the author only the color version is offered.

2. The term ‘myths’ at the cover is used in its widest sense: here, stories are meant with a historical ‘touch’ in which is shown how in ancient times people possibly could have experienced their deities in allday life.

Odin, Ostara, Loki, Thor, Tyr
