Liability for contents
The contents of our pages were created with great care. Despite that, we can not take any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness and up-to-dateness of the contents. While providng our services we are according to § 7 article.1 TMG (German Teleservices Act) under general laws responsible for own contents on these pages.
According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG as a service provider we are not committed to monitor transmitted or stored foreign information or to investigate circumstances that could indicate illegal activity. Committments concerning removing or blocking the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Moreover, after we discontinued the automated registration, order and payment procedures, we do NOT store anymore the related personal data on out server. Direct orders are transmitted to us by secured automated email and with that, those data leave our server.
