We solely use the personal information you gave us to process your order.

All customer information will be stored and processed by us in compliance with relevant regulations of the German Federal Privacy Act and the Teleservices Data Protection Act – actually, it is NOT stored at the webserver, it is transmitted through the filled-out form to us and stored only at a protected private computer, used to handle the order.

You have anytime to get freely informed about your stored data, as well as the deletion. This just needs your request by mail.

We don’t share your personal data including your home address and e-mail address without your explicit and revocable consent to third parties.
Excluded from this are our service partners, who need information for order processing, e.g. the German Post and the cooperating Post Company in your country.
In these cases, the amount of information is limited to the necessary minimum.

No data concerning you and your order(s) are used or passed for advertising purposes, market research, etc.

Data protection regulation for citizens of the European Community

On May 25m 2018, a new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) entered into force in the EU. The GDPR was already issued in 2016 by the EU and is intended to provide a uniform guideline for the protection of private and personal data. Affected are companies as well as public institutions that store or process personal data. There are no exceptions for companies or industries of different sizes. Moreover, not only companies that are based in the European Union are affected, but also all other companies who save and process such data from EU citizens.

Your rights as involved person

– Restriction of data processing, if we are not yet allowed to delete your data due to legal obligations,

– Data portability, if you have consented to the data processing or have concluded a contract with us.

If you have given us your consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

You can always contact the supervisory authority of the EU country you are a citizen of, responsible for you with a complaint. Your competent supervisory authority will depend on the state of your domicile, work or alleged violation.

Purposes of data processing by the responsible body and third parties

We process your personal data only for the purposes stated in this privacy policy. A transfer of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those mentioned does not take place. We only share your personal information with third parties if:

Cookies

Registration

There is NO option to register at our website. In the order form, some needed personal information is collected, such as name, address, contact, and communication information such as e-mail address, and is transmitted to us by email – it is NOT stored at the webserver!
Of course, on request, we also provide you with information about the personal data we have kept from the order form at our private computer. We are happy to rectify or delete these at your request, as far as no statutory storage requirements preclude. To contact us in this context, please use the contact details given at the end of this Privacy Policy.

Deletion of customer data

HG-SHOP will save your order form information at a secured private computer to be able to execute your order. We handle the following deletion rule:
Two years after your last order, your data will be deleted from our private computer, or, if requested, earlier.

SSL encryption

To protect the security of your data during mail transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption techniques (such as SSL) over HTTPS.

Contact form

If you have questions of any kind, please contact us by e-mail or contact form, giving us your consent for the purpose of establishing contact. This requires the specification of a valid e-mail address. This serves for the assignment of the request and the subsequent answering of the same. The specification of further data is optional. The information you provide will be stored at the aforementioned protected private computer for the purpose of processing the request and for possible follow-up questions. After completing the request, your personal data will be deleted automatically as configured in the settings of the used mailclient.

Social plugins

HG-SHOP does not provide links or connections to social media, no such plugins are integrated or active.

Change of our privacy policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy to always comply with the latest legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy, e.g. when introducing new services. Your new visit then will be subject to the new privacy policy.
